为期14天的全国工业、交通、基建、财贸方面社会主义建设先进集体和先进生产者代表大会已经在北京胜利闭幕了。这次大会，是一次检阅大跃进伟大成就的大会，是一次检阅社会主义建设群众运动的伟大力量的大会，是一次高举社会主义建设总路线红旗向新的目标奋勇前进的誓师大会，也是一次“英雄汇北京，献宝又取经”的群英盛会。参加这次大会的有26个系统，测绘即其中之一。这是测绘工作者的共同光荣，是党的社会主义建设总路线在测绘战线上的重大胜利。测绘战线上的标兵是我们伟大时代的英雄，是执行党的鼓足干劲、力争上游、多快好省地建设社会主义总路线的先锋，是社会主义建设大跃进的尖兵。我们向参加这次大会的测绘工作者代表致以崇高的敬意和热烈的祝贺。
The 14-day congress of the advanced collectives and advanced producers of socialist construction in the fields of industry, transportation, infrastructure, finance and trade in China has already concluded its victory in Beijing. This congress is a congress for reviewing the great achievements of the Great Leap Forward and a congress for reviewing the great power of building mass movements in socialism.
