每一个上市公司何尝不想做一家金融“系公司”呢?但是,限于知识准备、资金能力、驾驭能力等等综合因素,不是每一个上市公司都能如愿形成金融“系公司”。金融到底是什么?不同能力的公司,有不同的理解。能力偏弱的公司,或只能依靠股票买卖来玩,并浅层次做一些所谓的金融。而对于能力偏强的公司则不然,它们通过专业能力,从布局开始,然后获得机遇,并在找到目标后疯狂奔跑,最终建立起一个金融帝国的雏形。君正集团就属于后者。
