【目的】了解糖尿病母亲所生新生儿的患病情况,母亲妊娠期糖代谢紊乱程度与严重新生儿疾病的关系。【方法】分析糖尿病母亲所生新生儿代谢性疾病、体格发育和器官成熟异常及其他相关疾病患病情况,比较糖耐量减低、妊娠期糖尿病及血糖控制情况与发复发作性低血糖、心肌肥厚、脑发育不成熟及严重脑损伤等严重新生儿疾病的关系。【结果】糖尿病母亲所分娩的新生儿中低血糖86例,检出率高达31.5%;大于胎龄儿88例,为31.8%,脑损伤38例,为13.7%;脑发育不成熟23例,检出率为8.3%。妊娠期糖尿病组严重新生儿疾病的检出率高于糖耐量减低组,母亲妊娠期血糖控制不满意组严重新生儿疾病检出率明显高于满意组(P<0.05)。【结论】妊娠期糖代谢紊乱可引起多种新生儿疾病,严重新生儿疾病与母亲血糖控制及糖尿病程度有关;脑发育不成熟和脑损伤值得关注。
【Objective】 To investigate the prevalence of newborn infants born to diabetic mothers and the relationship between maternal glucose disorder and severe neonatal diseases. 【Methods】 The prevalence of metabolic diseases, physical development, and organ maturation in newborn infants born from diabetic mothers and the prevalence of other related diseases were analyzed. The incidence of hypoglycemia and hypertrophic myocardium in gestational diabetes mellitus and glycemic control were compared between the two groups. , Immature brain development and severe brain injury and other serious neonatal diseases. 【Results】 86 cases of hypoglycemia were born in diabetic mothers, the detection rate was as high as 31.5%; 88 cases were more than gestational age, accounting for 31.8%; the brain injury was 38 cases, accounting for 13.7%; 23 cases of immature brain development, The detection rate was 8.3%. The detection rate of severe neonatal diseases in gestational diabetes mellitus group was higher than that of impaired glucose tolerance group. The detection rate of severe neonatal diseases in the group with unsatisfied glucose control during pregnancy was significantly higher than that in the satisfaction group (P <0.05). 【Conclusions】 Disorders of glucose metabolism during pregnancy can cause a variety of neonatal diseases. Serious neonatal diseases are related to maternal blood sugar control and diabetes mellitus. Immature brain development and brain injury are worth noting.
