企业质量管理人才培养是新时期下对于质量管理的一种重要手段,也是响应国家实行质量振兴和品牌战略的重要举措。诸多企业重视质量管理,重视提升质量管理人才质量,采取系列措施培养质量管理人才。企业质量管理人才尽管有一定程度提升,但质量管理人才培养还有许多不成熟的地方还需要提升和改进。由此,本文以企业质量管理人才培养的研究为主题,探讨企业质量管理人才培养中存在的问题,提出针对性解决措施,希望有助于加深对于问题的理解程度。
The cultivation of enterprise quality management personnel is an important means for quality management under the new era and also an important measure to respond to the national rejuvenation and brand strategy. Many enterprises attach importance to quality management, emphasis on improving the quality of quality management personnel, to take a series of measures to train quality management personnel. Although the quality of enterprise management personnel to a certain extent, but there are many immature quality management personnel also need to improve and improve. Therefore, this article focuses on the research of enterprise quality management personnel training, discusses the problems existing in the training of enterprise quality management personnel and puts forward some measures to solve the problems, hoping to deepen the understanding of the problem.
