本研究在体外测定了高密度脂蛋白2(HDL_2)和高密度脂蛋白3(HDL_3)对脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)和肝脂酶(HTGL)脂解乳麋微粒(CM)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)的影响。用制备超离心法从正常人血浆分离HDL亚组份。从Ⅰ型高脂血症患者分离CM,从Ⅳ型高脂血症患者分离VLDL,从正常人肝素后血浆分离两种脂酶。用VLDL和CM作底物,增加HDL_2的量可分别增加LPL的活性65%和55%,分别减少HTGL的活性60%和67%;而HDL_3对LPL和HTGL的活性无明显影响。
In this study, the effect of HDL-2 and HDL-3 on the lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and hepatic lipase (HTGL) lipolytic moose (CM) and very low density Effect of lipoprotein (VLDL). HDL sub-fractions were isolated from normal human plasma by preparative ultracentrifugation. CM was isolated from patients with type I hyperlipidemia, VLDL was isolated from patients with type IV hyperlipidemia, and two lipases were isolated from normal human heparin plasma. Using VLDL and CM as substrate, increasing the amount of HDL_2 increased LPL activity by 65% and 55%, respectively, and decreased HTGL activity by 60% and 67%, respectively; whereas HDL_3 had no significant effect on LPL and HTGL activity.
