There is no unified definition of high-tech industry in the world, compared with the traditional industries. The United States calls the high-tech industry a new industry in which the proportion of science and technology personnel in the workforce and R & D expenses in the sales of products is more than double the average value of the industrial industries. Japan regards the industrial cluster established on the basis of contemporary cutting-edge science and technology as the high-tech industry. Different opinions. Since it is called “high technology,” it seems reasonable to say it in Japan. Although we have used the term “high-tech”, so far we have not seen any formal explanation.
