目前个人通信PCN的发展正处在起步阶段,国际上存在着各种观点还未形成统一的标准.我们对各种观点进行了分析和论证,为江苏省研究并最终建立PCN提供依据.本文首先提出了个人通信网PCN发展战略的设想,然后分析了PCN频率配置、微区划分、多址方式、无线入网技术、智能管理、交换技术和PCN的安全通信.最后我们提出了江苏省研究和建立PCN的可行性方案.
At present, the development of personal communications PCN is in its infancy, there are various views on the international community has not yet formed a unified standard.We have analyzed and argued various points of view, to provide the basis for Jiangsu Province to study and eventually establish PCN.This paper first Proposed a personal communications network PCN development strategy for the vision, and then analyzed the PCN frequency allocation, micro-division, multiple access mode, wireless network technology, intelligent management, exchange technology and PCN secure communications.Finally, we proposed the Jiangsu Province research and establishment PCN Feasibility Program.
