On October 10, 2013, the original case of a housing lease contract trial to be heard in the People’s Court of Jiangnan District, Nanning City, Guangxi Province, was suspended because the case will be adjudicated in conjunction with another case of estate dispute. The merger of these two cases was due to the emotional entanglement of old wives and “wives.” In 2012, Mr. Zhang, an 83-year-old Nanning, left a will to show that all his inheritance behind him was not given to his children, but to Miss Lu, then 39. Mr. Zhang’s wife, Ms. Ye, died five years ago, but his cohabitation with Ms. Lu has lasted nearly 20 years. By the end of 2012, Mr. Zhang died. Miss Lu went to court holding a will and demanded that some of the inheritance of the elderly should be taken away, thus pulling out a family ethical story with feelings.
