不知不觉间我来一六三团工作10年了。这期间,接触到无数人,经历了很多事,回味起来,常有温暖暗涌心田。刚到九师,我们3名连官被分配到一六三团,考虑到我们可能不太适应,给我们两个女孩分了一套周转房,所有用的东西一应俱全,连锅碗瓢盆都备得齐齐的。工作也是分到较近的单位,让我们这些大学刚毕业的孩子感受到了被重视。逢年过节,主管领导亲自安排我们这些离家千里的孩子在一起联谊聚会,让我们在他乡感受到来自组织和大家庭的温暖。
