随着我国经济的快速发展以及人民生活质量的快速提升,人们对房屋的质量有了更高的要求,房屋建筑其中最重要的部分之一就是建筑屋面,建筑屋面的防水性能直接影响了整个建筑的防水效果。本文主要分析了建筑屋面几种常见的渗漏现象,并依据其出现的原因给出了几点科学合理的解决策略,以确保建筑工程的质量,促进建筑行业快速发展。
