中国先后照搬了苏联和西方的经济管理体制。然而 ,从实际运行的过程和效果来看 ,人们就会深深感到不同文化背景下的所谓同种制度和组织结构的实际运行是不同的。这些文化可容纳的制度规范和组织形式也是不尽相同的。在目前大力推动我国企业转型和调整的变革时期 ,应该大力孕育和培植新的更加灵活、更加丰富多彩的企业制度和运作模式。
China successively copied the economic management system of the Soviet Union and the West. However, judging from the actual operation process and effects, people will deeply feel that the actual operation of the so-called same system and organizational structure under different cultural backgrounds is different. The institutional norms and organizational forms that these cultures can accommodate are also not the same. In the period of reform that is currently vigorously promoting the transformation and readjustment of China’s enterprises, we should vigorously nurture and cultivate new and more flexible and more colorful corporate systems and operating models.
