哲盟林研所是一个综合性的林业科研单位,建所20年来共开展了34个项目的研究,先后有14项研究成果通过验收和获奖。这些成果的推广应用,为农牧林业生产发展创造了条件,对推动哲盟“科技兴农、科技兴林”起到了促进作用。但是,随着科研体制改革的深入,该所也遇到了一些新情况,出现了一些新问题,有待于在进一步深化改革中加以解决。1.管理体制没有理顾,研究单位
