蒌蒿薹盛产于江苏省高邮县湖滨乡,每年上市量在50~100万公斤。早春蒌蒿薹,清香鲜美,脆嫩爽口营养丰富,内含较多的蛋白质、碳水化合物、磷、钙及维生素A、B、C。是南京、扬州等大中城市清明节前后必食的传统名菜。蒌蒿的绿茎、绿叶可作畜禽饲料、鱼类饵料;老化后可造纸,做燃料。一、蒌蒿的特征特性 (一) 特征蒌蒿株高1~1.5米,高的可达2米以上,由地下茎抽出,直立。早春上部青绿色,下部青白色,成熟后全茎为枯褐色。上部有3~7个分枝,共有32~58张主茎叶片,互生,每叶有5~9片裂
