本文分析了目前国内部分高校ESP教学现状。主要从ESP师资水平、教材、课时分配、教学方法、学生满意度等方面进行了分析,并提出了应对策略:提高对ESP课程重要性的认识,如何加快ESP师资培训。本文重点分析了加快师资培训的方法,如夯实专业课教师英语语言能力和鼓励大学英语教师向ESP教师转型并举的方法。此外,各高校应加快ESP大学英语专门管理机构的建立,鼓励ESP教师参加ESP专题研讨等。
This article analyzes the current status of ESP teaching in some colleges and universities in China. Mainly from the level of ESP teachers, teaching materials, class time distribution, teaching methods, student satisfaction and other aspects of analysis and proposed coping strategies: to improve the understanding of the importance of ESP courses, ESP teachers how to speed up training. This article focuses on ways to accelerate teacher training, such as tightening up the English language proficiency of professional teachers and encouraging college English teachers to transition to ESP teachers simultaneously. In addition, all colleges and universities should speed up the establishment of ESP university English specialized management agencies, and encourage ESP teachers to participate in ESP seminars.
