第四届中国北京高新技术产业国际周“科学前沿中外院士论坛”在北京国际会议中心隆重举行。本届论坛是第四届中国北京高新技术产业国际周新增设的,在北京国际周上举办类似的论坛尚属首次。据介绍,本届论坛由中国北京高新技术产业国际周组委会办公室主办,北京市留促会和中国科技在线承办,主题为21世纪“新材料、新能源、生物技术、信息产业”。论坛针对新材料、新能源、生物、信息产业等国家重点发展领域,邀请了中外著名院士发表了精彩演讲。英国皇家学会院士、牛津大学丹尼斯·诺贝尔教授,我国著名超导和稀有金属材料专家、国家超导技术专家委员会首席专家周廉院士,著名计算机技术专家、国家“863”计划智能计算机主题专家组副组长李国杰院士和著名能源专家、国家重点基础项目 G.1998020300首席科学家卢强院士等分别就“21世纪生命科学之展望”、“新材料研究与产业化”、“中国信息产业的发展前景与机遇”、“21世纪新能源开发与应用”等主题进行演讲,并就当前最新科学研究进展、未来发展趋势及高新技术产业化等问题,进行深层次、全方位、多角度的分析论述。
