河南桐柏吴城天然碱矿床主要矿物为倍半碱和岩盐,矿层薄、埋藏较深,由于碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠具不相称溶解性,溶采中互相制约。研究采用NaOH助溶、双井分层压裂连通多层同时可控溶采工艺,基本解决了面临的难题。所获参数已作为大厂建设的设计依据,可以提高溶矿能力,提高资源回收率,简化地面生产工艺。
The main mineral of the Wucheng Trona deposit in Tongbai of Henan Province is mainly sebacic and rock salt, with thin ore bed and deeper burial depth. Due to the incompatible solubility of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate, the dissolved minerals are mutually restrained. The research uses NaOH to dissolve, double well fracturing to connect multi-layer and controllable dissolving process at the same time, basically solving the difficult problem. The parameters obtained have been used as the design basis for the construction of large factories, which can improve the ability of ore-dissolving, improve the recovery rate of resources and simplify the production process of the ground.
