不同类型玉米籽粒中氨基酸总量、蛋白态氨基酸、游离氨基酸及赖氨酸、色氨酸含量变化趋势相同。单粒中蛋白态氨基酸和氨基酸总量积累速率为:普通玉米>普甜玉米>超甜玉米,游离氨基酸则相反;以干物质为基础的表示结果与上述相反。赖氨酸及色氨酸含量开始时上升,这最大值后下降,前期类型间差别不大,后期逐增,两种甜玉米的含量明显高于普通玉米。
The contents of total amino acids, protein amino acids, free amino acids, lysine and tryptophan in different types of maize seeds showed the same trend. The accumulation rates of protein amino acids and amino acids in single grain were as follows: common corn> popcorn> supersweet corn, while the free amino acids were the opposite; the results on the dry matter basis were the opposite. Lysine and tryptophan content began to rise, the maximum decreased, the difference between the previous type is not large, the latter by increasing the content of two kinds of sweet corn was significantly higher than ordinary corn.
