肝脏移植是各种终末期肝病的有效治疗手段，其水平和疗效已经成为衡量一个国家医疗水平的重要标志之一。目前，临床上肝移植术后早期急性肺损伤（ ALI）比较常见，肺功能损伤甚至造成呼吸衰竭在肝移植整个围术期内仍比较多见，也是导致患者术后病死率升高和住院时间延长的重要危险因素，并直接影响新肝功能及患者全身情况的恢复。诸多危险因素均会造成肝移植术后早期阶段的ALI，通过总结和归纳造成ALI的原因及其预防和治疗的最新进展，从而为更好地治疗ALI提供临床依据。“,”Liver transplantation is an effective treatment for a variety of end-stage liver diseases,the level and efficacy of which has become an important indicator of the medical level of a nation .At present,the early acute lung injury ( ALI) after liver transplantation are common in clinical ,and damaging the lung function or causing respiratory failure in liver transplantation are still unrare,which is also an important risk factor for high postoperative mortality and prolonged hospitalization ,and directly affects the new liver function and the general recovery of the patients.Many risk factors can lead to an early stage ALI after liver transplantation , here is to summarize the latest developments of the causes and the prevention and treatment of ALI ,so as to provide a clinical reference for better treatment of ALI .
