近年来,钢铁行业正面临着产能过剩、竞争加剧等市场挑战,为此,要充分运用科学发展观指导新形势下三钢的思想政治工作,以科学发展观来武装企业发展理念,从而赢得挑战,实现持续发展,需要切实做到“三个必须”。思想政治工作必须坚持科学发展观科学发展观是坚持以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的发展观。科学发展观既是我国经济社会发展必须长期坚持的重要指导思想,也是解决诸多矛盾和问题必须遵循的基本原则。
