园林工程施工是个系统工程,参与方众多,协调管理工作量大,对管理人员技术管理能力要求比较高。同时园林工程施工需要按照一定的技术规程,挑选质量较好、树形较佳的苗木,提高苗木的成活率。流水施工和网络计划技术是比较有优势的施工技术,可以使施工作业更加连续、均衡,从而有利于施工任务的顺利实现,带来较大的经济效益。文章通过对园林工程施工过程中技术管理措施、施工技术规程、绿化施工策略等进行分析,以期提高园林工程施工质量,提高园林工程施工效益。
