At the 16th CPC National Congress, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ were written into the party constitution, marking the further enrichment and development of the party’s guiding ideology. To fully understand and correctly uphold the party’s guiding ideology is of great significance to creating a new situation in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
