8710例次老年无痛胃镜检查者，在多功能心电监护仪全程监测下，麻醉医师缓慢静脉注射丙泊酚1～2mg/kg，待患者入睡、唤之不应时行电子胃镜检查。总结术前、中、后配合及护理。结果表明：由于我们优质的内镜配合和护理技能，使得越来越多的老年患者在无痛、安全、舒适的状态下完成了电子胃镜检查。“,”All 871 0 older patients referred to endoscopic procedures at the endoscopic unit requiring no oral ingestion prior to the procedure.All patients were continuously monitored for oxygen saturation,single axis ECG,and heart rate,and blood pressure during the procedures.the anaesthesiologist administration of propofol bolus was 1-2mg/kg.When the patients spontaneous respiration of sufficient depth and frequency,no desaturation,no circulatory depression,and no spontaneous movements or sounds but with possible vocal or tactile stimulation of the patient still possible,the endoscopic check begin.Add to propofol for mainte-nance the sedation.Summarize the nursing before the procedure,during the procedure and after the procedure.The result demonstrates that due to our high quality cooperation and nursing experience,more and more elderly patients take in the painless endoscopy in a painless,safe and comfortable state.
