笔者采用金相对比及物理试验的方法,对比分析了国产与进口23MnNiMoCr54钢(简称54钢)的成分组织及力学性能,得出了两种钢的差异,为改进钢材冶炼工艺提供了理论依据。并采用工艺试验对国产54钢矿用圆环链进行了加工工艺研究,对改善我国大规格、高强度圆环链制链用钢依赖进口现状具有重要意义。
The author compares the composition and mechanical properties of domestic and imported 23MnNiMoCr54 steel (referred to as 54 steel) using the method of comparison of gold and physics, and obtains the difference of the two kinds of steel, which provides a theoretical basis for improving the steel smelting process. And the use of technology test of domestic 54 steel ring chain processing technology research, to improve China's large format, high strength chain ring steel import dependence on the status quo is of great significance.
