新疆少数民族学生进入内地学习面临文化适应问题,运用文化适应量表对在宁波职业技术学院就读的新疆学生进行问卷调查与分析发现学生总体的适应度比较高,但存在一些问题。为使新疆学生更好地融入内地高校生活,提高文化适应度,应建立由双向适应、民汉共助、双业提升构成的帮扶机制。通过提高内地汉族学生了解与适应新疆学生的生活,增强新疆学生的文化融入度;通过汉民学生共同帮助,使新疆男性学生尽快适应内地生活;通过新疆学生学业创业双提升,提高其文化适应能力。
Xinjiang ethnic minorities face the problem of adapting to culture when they come to study in the Mainland. Using the questionnaire to survey and analyze Xinjiang students studying at Ningbo Polytechnic, the students’ overall adaptability is relatively high, but there are some problems. In order to help Xinjiang students better integrate with the life of higher education institutions in the Mainland and enhance their cultural adaptability, a helping mechanism consisting of two-way adaptation, public-public assistance and double-industry promotion should be established. Through the improvement of the understanding and adaptation of the Han students in the interior to the life of the students in Xinjiang and the enhancement of the cultural integration of the students in Xinjiang, the male students in Xinjiang should help the male students adapt to the life in the Mainland as soon as possible. The students in Xinjiang should enhance their cultural adaptability through dual promotion.
