细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)是细胞微环境的重要组成部分,它不仅能为细胞提供物理支持,而且还参与了多种生物学过程.近年来,已经鉴定出来数百种与癌症相关的ECM(cancer-related ECM,C-ECM)基因,其中一些已作为潜在靶标.目前,有关于C-ECM基因的丰富信息还散布在成千上万的出版物中,并且它们在肿瘤发生过程中的作用也未被系统的整理.本文构建了CECMAtlas数据库(http://biokb.ncpsb.org.cn/CECMAtlas/),该数据库使用文献挖掘和人工判读收集了225个C-ECM基因,以及相关生物学过程信息,该数据库将有助于研究肿瘤的发生机制和开展可能的临床应用.“,”Extracellular matrix(ECM)is a major component of the cellular microenvironment.ECM not only provides physical support for cells,but also participates in various biological processes.In recent years,hundreds of cancer-related ECM(C-ECM)genes have been identified,and some of them can be used as biomarkers.However,rich information about C-ECM genes is scattered among thousands of publications,and there is no systematic summary of their role in tumorigenesis.Here,we present the CECMAtlas(http://biokb.ncpsb.org.cn/CECMAtlas/),a database which collects 225 C-ECM genes and the information of biological processes that they participate in through literature mining and manual curation.This database will contribute to the study of the mechanism of tumorigenesis and possible clinical application.
