一、1998年水利系统党风廉政建设和反腐败工作情况 (一)领导干部廉洁自律工作有了新进展,制止奢侈浪费工作效果明显 1.党组带头,认真开好领导干部廉洁自律专题民主生活会。去年上半年,中纪委选定水利部作为部委领导班子廉洁自律专题民主生活会的试点单位。在中纪委调研组的直接指导下,部党组民主生活会取得了一定效果。一是党组和调研组在会前广泛征求了机关18个司局、23个部直属事业单位、9个企业和6个省水利(水电)厅(局)的意见,共召开不同类型的座谈会101次,听取了1744人的意见。二是会议开得严肃认真,部党组成员认真做好准备,进行对照检查,开展批评与自我批评。部党
