在建立社会主义市场经济的过程中,怎样搞好水泥生产建设战线的各类企业,这是本研究会广大会员单位普遍关心的问题。每个企业在探索和思考自己的前进道路时,都希望从兄弟单位的发展历程中得到启迪和借鉴。为此,本刊开辟“启迪与思考”专栏,报道和交流企业在深化改革,加强管理、扩大开放、加快发展等方面的成就与经验。欢迎各级主管部门、广大企业家、管理工作者和水泥工作者积极撰搞,各抒已见,为在水泥工业领域实现经济体制和经济增长方式的根本转变而共同努力。
In the process of establishing a socialist market economy, how to do a good job in various types of enterprises in the cement production and construction front is a matter of common concern to the majority of members of this research meeting. Every enterprise, when exploring and thinking about its own way forward, hopes to gain enlightenment and reference from the development process of the fraternal unit. To this end, the journal has opened up a column entitled “Enlightenment and Thinking” to report and exchange the achievements and experiences of enterprises in deepening reforms, strengthening management, expanding opening up, and accelerating development. The competent authorities at all levels, the majority of entrepreneurs, management workers, and cement workers are welcome to actively write articles. All parties have already made concerted efforts to achieve a fundamental change in the economic system and economic growth mode in the cement industry.
