效率,用《新华词典》上的话说,是“人或机器在单位时间内完成的工作量的大小”。用公式表示,即: 效率=工作量/时间效率提高了,说明同样时间内做了较多的工作或同样的工作只用了较少的时间或叫“事半功倍”;效率降低了,则表明同样的工作需要用较多的时间或同样的时间内干了较少的工作或叫“事倍功半”。因此,提高工作效率,是每一位有事业心的领导者都梦寐以求的。那么,领导者如何提高自己的工作效率呢?
