目的了解北京市顺义区部分企业接触苯系物作业人员接受职业卫生服务情况,为进一步改善和提高职业卫生服务提供科学依据。方法随机抽取54家企业接触苯系物作业人员共1 036名为调查对象,对其接受职业卫生服务情况进行分析。结果小型企业接触苯系物作业人员接受岗前培训率最高为91.7%,不同规模企业比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同经济类型企业比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中国有企业接触苯系物作业人员接受岗前培训率最高,为94.5%。大型企业接触苯系物作业人员防毒口罩佩戴率最高,为91.4%(138人),不同规模企业比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同行业接触苯系物作业人员防毒口罩佩戴率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);印刷行业接触苯系物作业人员防毒口罩佩戴率最低,为46.3%(182人)。结论顺义区部分企业接触苯系物作业人员接受职业卫生服务率较高,但防毒口罩佩戴率较低,应重点监督、综合防治,以切实保护接触苯系物作业人员的健康。
Objective To understand that some enterprises in Shunyi District of Beijing have access to occupational health services for workers exposed to benzene series and provide scientific basis for further improvement and improvement of occupational health services. Methods A total of 1 036 workers from 54 enterprises exposed to benzene series were randomly selected as the survey subjects and their occupational health services were analyzed. Results The highest pre-job training rate of workers exposed to benzene series in small enterprises was 91.7%, which was significantly different among enterprises of different scales (P <0.05). There was significant difference between enterprises of different economic types (P <0.05 ), Of which state-owned enterprises exposed to benzene series operators received the highest pre-job training rate of 94.5%. The wearing rate of large-scale enterprises exposed to benzene series workers was the highest (91.4% (138)), and the difference was statistically significant among different scale enterprises (P <0.05). The worn rate of the workers in different industries exposed to benzene- (P <0.05). The wearing rate of anti-virus masks exposed by workers in the printing industry was the lowest (46.3% (182 persons)). Conclusions Some enterprises in Shunyi District have relatively high occupational health service rate when exposed to benzene series pollutants. However, the wearing rate of protective gas masks is relatively low. Supervision and comprehensive prevention and control should be given priority to protect the health of workers exposed to benzene series.
