本文通过使用喷嘴的单相流动方程引伸出了形成气雾水头的两相流动喷嘴设计之理论基础,并且已经设计和加工出了两相流动喷咀。研究发现,只有当水和空气以一定的流量比例混合时才能产生气雾水头。按照不同的气水流量比,作者绘制了两相流动的结构相位图。压力降的测量结果表明,压力降与气雾水头模型的关系很大。从压力降的相关角度,我们讨论了气量的优化条件及气水喷咀静态设计参数的选择方法。
In this paper, the theoretical basis of a two-phase flow nozzle design for forming an aerosol head is derived by using a single-phase flow equation of a nozzle and a two-phase flow nozzle has been designed and fabricated. The study found that only when the water and air flow to a certain proportion of flow can produce aerosol head. According to different gas-water flow ratio, the author has drawn the phase diagram of the structure of two-phase flow. The pressure drop measurements show that the pressure drop has a great relationship with the aerosol head model. From the point of view of pressure drop, we discuss the optimization conditions of gas quantity and the selection method of the static design parameters of gas-water nozzles.
