从玉米花粉中分离得到一种多糖PMA I,经鉴定为单一纯多糖,通过IR、NMR、高碘酸氧化、Smith降解等手段对其结构进行了研究,确定PMA I主要以Rha,Xyl和GlcOMe组成,分子摩尔比Rha:Xyl:GlcOMe=12.7:2.1:1,以α(1→3)键为主链,以α(1→6)键构成分支结构。
A polysaccharide PMA I was isolated from corn pollen and identified as a pure polysaccharide. The structure of PMA I was determined by IR, NMR, periodate oxidation and Smith degradation. The results showed that PMA I was mainly composed of Rha, Xyl and GlcOMe (1 → 3) bond as the main chain and the α (1 → 6) bond as the branched structure.
