血栓通注射液是从名贵中药材三七中提取的三七总皂甙,经进一步提纯精制而成的液体制剂。 三七为五加科植物三七(Panax notoginseng[Buyk.]F.H.chen)的干燥根。含多种皂甙,总量为9.75～14.90％主要为人参皂甙Rb_1、Rg_1、Rg_2并含少量Ra、Rb_2、Rd、Re、Rc及三七皂甙R_1、R_2等。近代医学表明,三七具有增强机体功能,增强冠状动脉血流量,扩张血管,降低动脉血压,降低心肌耗氧量,抑制血小板聚集,降低血粘度等作用。适用于急性缺血性脑血管疾病脑血栓、脑栓塞、短暂性脑缺血、脑出血后遗症的治疗。现就治疗脑血管病后遗症疗效观察分析如下:
