片吸虫病是由以肝片吸虫和巨大片吸虫为代表的片吸虫引起的。片吸虫感染潜伏期不排卵,虫体成熟后排卵呈间歇性,因而早期可靠的诊断必须依赖于血清学检查。先前通过SDS-PAGE和免疫印迹法鉴定,巨大片吸虫虫体和排泄分泌物(ES)中存在特异性抗原,成虫ES中一个分子量约27kDa组分与片吸虫病人血清起反应(敏感性100%,特异性98%)。本文研究的目的就是分离该27kDa抗原并用于人片吸虫病诊断研究。
Fasciola is caused by Fasciola trilobata, represented by Fasciola hepatica and giant trematodes. Schistosoma infection incubation period is not ovulation, ovulation maturation is intermittent, so early reliable diagnosis must rely on serological tests. Previously identified by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting, specific antigens were present in the giant snipe and excretion secretions (ES). A component of approximately 27 kDa in adult ESR reacted with sera from patients infected with monascus (sensitivity 100% , Specificity 98%). The purpose of this study was to isolate the 27 kDa antigen and use it for the diagnosis of human chelonia.
