目的对樟科红叶木姜子Litsea rubescens皮的化学成分进行系统研究。方法利用色谱技术进行分离纯化,并根据理化常数和光谱解析鉴定各化合物结构。结果从红叶木姜子皮乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,经理化常数和光谱分析分别鉴定为山姜素(1)、生松素(2)、槲皮素(3)、儿茶素(4)、山柰酚(5)、肉桂酸(6)、4-me-thoxy-6-styryl-pyran-2-one(7)、香草醛(8)、香草酸(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)、胡萝卜苷(11)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物6、7首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To systematically study the chemical constituents of Litsea rubescens in Litsea chinensis. Methods Chromatography was used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of each compound were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Gingeria variegata. The managerial constants and spectral analysis were respectively identified as shanjiangin (1), biotin (2), quercetin (3), and catechins. (4) Hawthorn phenol (5), cinnamic acid (6), 4-me-thoxy-6-styryl-pyran-2-one (7), vanillin (8), vanillic acid (9), β- Gluten (10), carotenoid (11). Conclusion All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 6 and 7 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
