中国销售到美国的食品,从2001年到2008年增加了3倍,但是中国食品在美国进口时“被拒”的数量,每年也比其他国家高3倍,其中,食品添加成分的安全性,正成为食品出口“被拒”的重要原因。不久前在上海交通大学举办的食品安全与营养战略研讨会上,专家建议,中国应该更加关注预防食品安全事件的发生,而非这类事件的善后。
