针对兰钢70吨超高功率直流电弧炉炼钢过程计算机集散控制系统这一实际背景,侧重于对电弧炉过程级控制进行比较详细的研究,借助于所建立的仿真研究环境可以比较方便地对超高功率直流电弧炉炼钢过程级控制进行建模和控制方法的研究.为一些现代控制方法在实际生产过程中的应用提供了一定的依据和可行性条件.该仿真环境不仅对超高功率直流电弧炉炼钢过程级控制具有指导意义,而且对其他具有间歇生产过程的控制也有一定的参考价值.
Aiming at the actual background of computer distributed control system of Lanzhou Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., 70 tons ultra-high power DC EAF steelmaking process, this paper focuses on the detailed study of EAF process level control. With the help of the established simulation research environment, Research on Modeling and Controlling Method of Ultrahigh Power DC EAF Steelmaking Process Level Control. It provides some basis and feasible conditions for the application of some modern control methods in the actual production process. The simulation environment is not only instructive for process-level control of ultra-high power DC EAF steelmaking, but also has certain reference value for other control with intermittent production process.
