以人才培养教育观念为导向.为人才培养质量的提高提供一种解决思路。培养英语创新型人才需要教育的深耕细作,需要对学生持续的关注和规范。当今时代的一个重要特征是大变革,宏观经济在变革,社会在变革,大学英语教育也在变革。传统的高等教育理念及人才培养模式已不能完全契合时代发展要求,《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》中明确提出.要“创薪高校人才培养机制,促进高校办出特色争创一流”。高校创新人才培养是根据当代学生的心理特点、成长经历、学习方式,采用一定的教学手段,对学科定位、课程安排、问题设计等进行系统设置,以培养学生问题意识,包括分析问题、探究问题、解决问题能力的一种教育模式。问题是学习的开端、思考的基础和教育的心脏,问题主要在于它能够直指高等教育本质,并涵盖高等教育重点和难点的问题。
