Untreated soil columns were collected from a specially designed original soil column sampling device at field test sites. Three radionuclides, 60 Co, 85Sr and 13 7Cs, were used as tracer to study the effect of radionuclides in soil columns Migration behavior. Two methods, direct measurement and disintegration measurement, were used to determine the vertical concentration distribution of nuclides in soil column. The experimental results show that under the condition of average daily shower intensity of 7.96 mm / d, the downward distance of 85Sr peak in the experimental soil column in a year is about 6 according to the direct measurement and the disintegration measurement, respectively. 0 and 8.0 cm; the concentration peaks of 60 Co and 13 7Cs are still basically in situ. This result is in good agreement with the results of field-based radionuclide tracing experiments
