目的观察一种饮水澄清消毒剂对水中f2噬菌体的灭活效果,为实际应用提供参考。方法采用烧杯法试验和悬液杀菌试验方法,对某饮水澄清消毒剂灭活水中f2噬菌体的效果及影响因素进行了评价。结果饮水澄清消毒剂在有效氯含量10 mg/L作用5 min条件下,能有效灭活水中f2噬菌体达到100%。pH值、水温及色度对该饮水澄清剂灭活噬菌体的效果无明显影响。结论该饮水澄清消毒剂可以有效灭活水中f2噬菌体,消毒后水符合饮用水标准的要求。
Objective To observe the inactivation effect of a clarified disinfectant of drinking water on f2 bacteriophage in water and provide a reference for its practical application. Methods The beaker method and suspension sterilizing test were used to evaluate the efficacy and influencing factors of inactivation of f2 phage in drinking water by a clarified disinfectant. Results The clarified disinfectant of drinking water could effectively inactivate f2 phage in water to reach 100% under the condition of effective chlorine content of 10 mg / L for 5 min. The pH value, water temperature and chroma had no significant effect on the phagocytosis of phagosomes by the water clarifying agent. Conclusion The drinking water clarification disinfectant can effectively inactivate f2 bacteriophage in water, and the disinfectant water meets the requirements of drinking water standard.
