随着市场经济的不断发展,财务管理逐渐成为公司经济管理体系中重要的组成部分。公路管理部门应向企业管理学习,加强财务管控模式,完善管理体系,促进公路工作的质量与效益。本文从公路财务管理的重视程度、人为因素、体制建设、资金使用、成效分析对财务管控存在的问题进行阐述,并提出解决财务管理全面建设的措施。
With the continuous development of market economy, financial management has gradually become an important part of the company’s economic management system. Highway management department should learn from enterprise management, strengthen financial control mode, improve management system and promote the quality and efficiency of highway work. This article elaborates the existing problems of financial management and control from the emphasis of the financial management of the highway, human factors, system construction, capital utilization and effectiveness analysis, and puts forward the measures to solve the overall construction of financial management.
