星子县位于江西省庐山脚下。《中国农电赞歌》词作者程海南先生1997年开始主持星子县供电有限责任公司工作,当时该公司年售电能量仅5000万kW·h,企业效益差,职工收入低,管理混乱,人心涣散。为振奋人心,鼓舞士气,程海南先生遂联合徐展雄先生共同创作了《中国农电赞歌》,作为本企业的精神之源。截至2006年年底,星子县供电有限责任公司年供电能量已突破1亿kW·h,职工年均收入也突破了3万元,企业呈现出班子团结、员工振奋的和谐局面。《中国农电赞歌》是江西省县级供电企业文化的名片,目前该歌曲在江西省部分县级供电企业广为传唱。本刊现予刊登,以飨读者。
