我国改革开放已经发展了三十多年,经济环境发生了很大转变。随着全球经济一体化发展步伐的加快,我国中小型企业在市场竞争中所面临的环境越来越复杂。面对环境的改变,企业必须与时俱进、积极应对,加快财务管理水平的提升,为促进中小企业的发展奠定基础。本文将站在中小企业的角度分析其财务管理中存在的问题,并探寻相应的解决策略。
China’s reform and opening up has been developing for more than three decades, and the economic environment has undergone great changes. With the accelerating pace of global economic integration, the environment faced by SMEs in the market is getting more and more complicated. Faced with changes in the environment, enterprises must keep pace with the times, actively respond to speed up the improvement of financial management, and lay the foundation for the development of SMEs. This article will stand in the perspective of SMEs to analyze the problems in their financial management, and explore the appropriate solutions.
