目的规范试验用淡色库蚊的标准化养殖方法,从而获得品质一致的标准化试虫,为驱、灭蚊药物登记试验提供科学、可靠的试验素材,保证登记试验的生物测定效果的质量,为科学合理评价驱、灭蚊药物提供技术保证。方法通过规范淡色库蚊的养殖条件、饲料质量、饲养技术,以羽化后第4天雌性成蚊体重为评价指标,验证3批次及多区域养殖技术的可靠性。结果标准化养殖3批次淡色库蚊平均体重测定结果表明,3种幼虫养殖配方均可成功养殖出合格淡色库蚊,且重复性好;不同实验室间标准化养殖淡色库蚊平均体重指标测定结果表明,3种配方在南、北方地区均适用。结论使用本养殖技术,南、北方地区均可成功养殖出供药物效果测定试验用合格体重的淡色库蚊,且重复性好,说明该养殖技术可成为淡色库蚊实验室标准化养殖技术。
Objective To standardize the method of standardized culture of Culex pipiens pallens used in the experiment so as to obtain standardized test insects with consistent quality and to provide scientific and reliable test materials for the registration and test of flooding and anti-mosquito drugs and to ensure the quality of the bioassay results of the registered test. Evaluation drive, mosquito drugs to provide technical assurance. Methods The cultivation conditions, feed quality and feeding techniques of Culex pipiens pallens were regulated, and the weight of female adult mosquitoes on the 4th day after eclosion was used as evaluation index to verify the reliability of the three batches and multi-region farming techniques. Results The average body weight of 3 batches of Culex pipiens pallens in standardized culture showed that all 3 larvae could successfully produce Culex pipiens pallens with good repeatability. The average body weight index of Culex pipiens pallens standardized culture among different laboratories showed that , Three kinds of formula in the South and North are applicable. Conclusion With this culture technique, both Culex pipiens pallens and Culex pipiens pallens can be successfully bred in the southern and northern areas with reproductive fitness. The reproducibility is good, which indicates that the culture technique can be used as standardized laboratory culture of Culex pipiens pallens.
