截止1992年,潍坊市共有126家外商投资企业开业,其中52户盈利,占开业户数的41.26％,盈利额2856.87％万元,74户亏损,占58.74％,亏损额达3023.94万元,盈亏相抵亏167.07万元。上述情况表明,外商投资企业亏损面大,亏损额高。通过调查分析,其亏损主要原因为: 一、设备引进不当,企业陷入困境不少企业在引进设备过程中,因考察不充分,致使投产使用后没有达到预期效果,不能生产预定产品,损失严重。某塑胶有限公司从台湾引进梭织机,由于设备质量性能都不过关,虽经技术人员多次调试皆未成功,只得由原产塑料编织袋改产塑料蓬布勉强使用,产品产量比设计能力低22.3％,去年亏损131万元。

Although many technicians failed to make adjustments, only the original plastic woven bag was changed to a plastic tarpaulin, and the output of the product was better than the designed capacity. It was 22.3% lower and lost 1.31 million yuan last year.
