扩张床吸附层析是集固液分离、浓缩和初步纯化于一个操作单元之中的集成化生物分离技术,应用范围较广泛。本文对扩张床吸附层析介质的研究现状及该技术在生物产品分离中的应用进行了综述,以期能为该技术的进一步发展和应用提供理论基础。
Expanded bed adsorption chromatography is an integrated bioseparation technique that combines solid-liquid separation, concentration and initial purification in an operating unit, with a wide range of applications. This review summarizes the research status of expanded bed adsorptive chromatography media and the application of the technology in the separation of biological products in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further development and application of the technology.
