【案情】宜州市庆远镇的苏某与韦某于1998年初登记结婚后生育一男孩。2006年3月,双方因夫妻感情问题到婚姻登记机关办理离婚手续,离婚协议约定:小孩由男方韦某抚养,韦某负责孩子的一切费用。离婚后,双方仍住在男方父亲的房子里。过后不久男方的父亲认为,既然双方已经离婚了,女方不应再住其家遂将女方赶出家门。今年4月,苏某以韦某离婚后违反离婚协议,不尽抚养义务为由,向法院提起诉讼,请求法院变更小孩的抚养权。
[Case] Sumou and Wei of Qingyuan Town, Yizhou City, registered in early 1998, gave birth to a boy after marriage. Shortly after, the man's father believed that since the two parties had already divorced, the woman should no longer live in her home and had her removed from her home. In April this year, Sumou Wei to divorce after breaking the divorce agreement, not to raise allegations on the grounds, filed a lawsuit to the court, requesting the court to change the custody of children.
