能源资源的可持续利用是社会经济可特续发展战略的基础之一。世界一次能源将在百年内面临供应危机的严峻威胁。改变能源结构、大力发展核电、逐步替代化石燃料是未来世界能源必然的发展趋势。核电发展将经历热堆-快堆-聚变堆三个阶段。随着科学技术的进步，聚变堆将在二十一世纪中、后期成为商业化用堆，并将成为能源可持续发展的中坚。
The sustainable use of energy resources is one of the foundations of the socio-economic sustainable development strategy. The world’s primary energy sources will face severe threats to the supply crisis within 100 years. Changing the energy structure, vigorously developing nuclear power, and gradually replacing fossil fuels are the inevitable development trends of the world’s energy in the future. Nuclear power development will experience three stages: heat reactor-rapid reactor-fusion reactor. With the advancement of science and technology, fusion reactors will become commercial reactors in the middle and late 21st century, and will become the backbone of sustainable energy development.
