On November 24, 2012, the Symposium on the Basic Category and Methods of Eighth Chinese Constitutional Law was held in Changchun Celebrity Hotel. Since the first symposium was held in 2004, the seminar on the basic categories and methods of Chinese constitutional law has become the brand and model of the symposium featuring thematic studies in the Chinese constitutional scholarship, and has formed a continuous academic influence. This conference continues to uphold the purpose of accumulating consensus on the basic categories and methods of constitutional science in China.
