研究了化学成分和热加工条件对中碳非调质钢棒材机械性能的影响。在1000~1250℃下加热后,950~1200℃下锻造,锻后以不同方式冷却。其结果为:(1)C,Mn,V,N均提高钢的强度,其中C,V影响最大。Mn在一定含量范围内对中碳非调质钢的塑性和韧性无不良影响,其余几元素均使之降低。(2)在同一冷却条件下,强度随加热温度的升高而提高,塑性和韧性则降低。(3)当终锻温度在1050—1150℃范围内变化时,钢的各项力学性能指标变化不明显。要想得到满意的塑性和韧性指标,降低终锻温度至950℃以下是必要的。(4)在800—600℃温度范围内,在较低冷却速度范围内,冷却速度愈快,强度愈高,塑韧性不变。
The effects of chemical composition and thermal processing conditions on the mechanical properties of non-quenched and tempered steel bars were investigated. Heated at 1000-1250 ° C, forged at 950-1200 ° C, cooled in different ways after forging. The results are as follows: (1) C, Mn, V and N both increase the strength of steel, among which C and V have the greatest influence. (4) In the 800-600 ℃ temperature range, in the lower cooling rate range, the faster the cooling rate, the higher the strength, the same plasticity and toughness.
