临床资料患者,女,61岁。因反复胸闷、气促半个月余,加重伴水肿1周入院。患者半个月开始劳累及剧烈运动时发作胸闷、气促、呼吸困难,1周前患者感症状加重,伴颜面及双下肢水肿。查体:颈静脉怒张,肝颈征(+),左侧甲状腺Ⅲ度肿大。双肺呼吸音粗,心界向左扩大,心率120次/分,律不齐,未闻及杂音,肝右肋下2横指,双下肢中度水肿。超声心
